Detailed Summary
This 11-week programme focusses on developing knowledge and understanding of key skills and provides significant time for practical application. The programme will also include 14 hours of one-to-one mentor support for career development in the 20 weeks following completion of the core delivery to ensure successful achievement of Milestone 3. These meetings can be either in person or face to face and are determined by the learners.
This course is designed for new and aspiring supervisors and first-line managers, to support the development of coaching and mentoring skills and techniques of individuals and teams, alongside working to achieve organisational objectives. Participants will benefit from completion of a CMI accredited award in Coaching & Mentoring.
