Course Name: Family Chemistry Eggs workshop Summary Combine science and Easter fun! This 2-hour workshop explores the fascinating chemistry behind colorful Easter egg dyeing and related experiments. Who is this course for? Parents/carers can bring up to two children per adult, and children must be a minimum of 6 years old and a maximum of 18 years old. An additional form will be sent to you upon course confirmation to confirm these details. Course Aim Join us for a unique and engaging Chemistry Easter Eggs Workshop! This hands-on session blends the festive spirit of Easter with the wonders of chemistry. Learn about the chemical reactions involved in dyeing eggs, explore pH levels, and conduct fun, safe experiments that reveal the science behind everyday phenomena. Perfect for anyone curious about science and looking for a creative Easter activity. Course length A one off, 2 hour workshop. Entry requirements None. What you will learn Egg Dyeing Chemistry: Understanding the chemical reactions involved in egg dyeing. Exploring pH levels and their effect on color. Learning how to create vibrant and unique egg designs. Chemical Experiments: Conducting safe and engaging experiments related to acids and bases. Exploring color-changing reactions.
