Who is this course for?
Parents/carers can bring up to two children per adult, and children must be a minimum of 6 years old and a maximum of 18 years old. An additional form will be sent to you upon course confirmation to confirm these details.

What You Will Learn
Basic watercolour techniques to create beautiful summer postcards
Course Aim
This two-hour half-term workshop offers a relaxed environment for parents and children to explore the art of watercolour painting together. Throughout the session, families will learn core techniques as they design and create their own hand-painted postcards. The workshop is designed to be playful, engaging, and accessible, fostering a love of learning whilst building confidence in creative expression.
Please feel free to bring along your favourite summer photographs that you may want to turn into postcards!

A one off, 2 hour workshop.
What You Will Need to Bring
Please bring a notepad, and pen to each session. You may wish to bring a file for any handouts. A laptop with internet access is required for completion of coursework and home learning outside of the classroom (where applicable).

A two hour session for parents/ carers to attend with their children covering basic watercolour techniques focusing on creating a summer themed postcard drawing inspiration from your holidays so far. Learners are encouraged to bring a couple of photos to inspire their work during the session.
