Course Enquiry

This Skills Bootcamp prepares learners for employment as Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants and SEND Support Workers. Learners develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to work effectively within schools and colleges, including safeguarding, child development, communication, health and safety, equality and inclusion. The programme incorporates a Level 3 SEND unit to develop understanding of supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. Learners will engage with employers, develop employability skills and prepare for interviews and progression into educational settings.
