In order to complete your enrolment, please provide a copy of your ID. This will be used to confirm your entitlement to funding for the course. Acceptable verification ID includes Passport, Driving Licence, ID card or other form of National ID, National Insurance Card, Certificate of entitlement to funding or Bank/Credit/Debit card. You can upload more than one document at a time.
You can also use this page to upload additional evidence to support your enrolment onto this course. This may include information such as evidence of low wages.
If you wish to do this later, please note down the Upload Code or bring your ID with you when completing the enrolment. A member of staff will then be in contact with you to verify and complete the enrolment.
