This course provides a safe, low-pressure space to connect with others, improve your fine motor skills, and develop a sense of accomplishment that carries over into your daily life and career. What will I learn? Week 1: Foundations of Creative Expression Introduction to "process over product" mindfulness. Small-scale hands in projects Group discussions on identifying personal strengths through creativity. Week 2: Mastery and Reflection Creating a project personal to you.
