Course Aim

The aim of this course is to provide learners with a foundation in business administration by developing knowledge of workplace practices, professional behaviour, communication skills and the principles of working within a business environment.

How You Will Learn

Classroom teaching/Lectures, Practical exercises/Workshops, Group discussions/Collaboration, Online/Self-study modules, One-to-one tutoring/Mentoring, Field trips/External visits There will be tutor-led sessions introducing key business administration concepts and workplace practices. This will include hands-on activities designed to develop workplace skills such as communication, organisation and teamwork. There will be opportunities to share ideas, discuss workplace scenarios and work collaboratively with other learners. Some additional work will be set for learners to complete independently to reinforce classroom learning. Individual support and guidance will be available from the tutor throughout the programme.
