Who is this course for?
Parents/carers can bring up to two children per adult, and children must be a minimum of 6
years old and a maximum of 18 years old. An additional form will be sent to you upon course
confirmation to confirm these details.

What You Will Learn
Through storytelling and hands-on crafting, participants will learn the fundamentals of
origami, including a range of folding techniques used to create Halloween-themed models.
Children and parents will develop creativity, concentration, and fine motor skills while gaining
confidence in following instructions and expressing their own ideas through craft.
Course Aim
Join us for a spooktacular two-hour half-term workshop inspired by all things Halloween!
Families will enjoy a magical witchy story before creating their own collection of spooky
origami crafts, including ghosts, bats, and monster claws.
This fun and interactive session combines shared storytelling with hands-on creative
activities, encouraging imagination, confidence, and self-expression. Designed to be
engaging and accessible for all abilities, it's the perfect opportunity for children and parents
to learn new skills, get creative together, and enjoy some Halloween-themed family fun.
Course Length
A one off, 2 hour workshop.
What You Will Need to Bring
Please bring a notepad, and pen to each session. You may wish to bring a file for any
handouts. A laptop with internet access is required for completion of coursework and home
learning outside of the classroom (where applicable).
